CMAA is pleased to announce that starting in April, we will be offering yoga classes!
Nicole has recently received certification in YogaFit and will be offering yoga style classes geared towards strength and flexibility.
This style is excellent for anyone who wants to get in better shape, as well as athletes. Depending on demand, classes will also be offered based on different athletic disciplines (such as running, cycling, swimming, golf, etc.).
*Class start dates and times will be dependent on interest. Please call 519-383-6639 if you are considering this. Early morning, lunchtime, and or evening classes will be available depending on most requested times and enrollment.
